The Detachment invites all honorably discharged Marines and FMF Corpsman to join.

There is an organization meeting planned for the final steps of becoming the newest Pound in the Florida Pack on Monday evening, May 10th at 7 PM at the Detachment home. Dues have been establshed at $25.00, and will be collected at this meeting. In addition, discussion will center around topics such as special events in the future, recruiting, a tentative slate of officers for the future, and generally just having a great time. If you are interested in becoming a member of the Devil Dogs, the fun and honor society of the Marine Corps League, please contact Skip Sponheim at (352) 596-5668, or just come to the meeting. The Pound will have a quarterly Growl and dates have already been establshed for 2010.

There will be a social for members as well as prospective members of the Detachment on May 17th at 9 AM for a breakfast gettogether.
